CAMPAIGN INTEGRATION STARTERS:

• The Whispering Woods: A dense and ancient forest has become unnavigable, filled with illusions, vanishing pathways, and strange animal behavior. The party is sent to discover the cause and finds themselves the unwitting pawns in the territorial games of a Young Green Dragon. They must either outwit the dragon’s manipulations or face it deep within its treacherous lair.
• The Forest’s False King: A nearby village suffers under the “protection” of a mysterious benefactor who demands tributes of gold, food, and loyalty. Investigating further, the party discovers that a Young Green Dragon has established itself as a secret ruler, using illusion magic and promises of prosperity to control the villagers. The adventurers must choose: overthrow the dragon or risk becoming part of its expanding influence.
• The Poisoned Heart: Travelers and traders vanish along a crucial forest road, their bodies never found. The party is hired to investigate and discovers that the Young Green Dragon is growing its hoard and influence by sowing fear, trapping victims in shifting glades. Navigating the forest without becoming another lost soul becomes a race against time.
• The Duel of Shadows: Rival adventuring groups report strange visions and ambushes within the forest, each blaming the other. In truth, the Young Green Dragon is orchestrating the conflict for its amusement. The party must uncover the truth behind the hallucinations and survive long enough to confront the real enemy manipulating the chaos from the trees.

Unlike the reckless rage of red dragons or the greedy hoarding of gold dragons, the Young Green Dragon thrives on control and deception. It delights in psychological warfare, often toying with intruders through illusions, riddles, and whispered threats carried on the wind. Facing a young green dragon means contending not only with its deadly claws and poison, but also its layered lies and traps, crafted with an intelligence well beyond its years.
